The Shakti Mat contains a total of 6,000 points designed to stimulate acupuncture points, muscles and nerves. It is made with a detachable cotton cover over a removable foam core measuring 26.5" x 16.5 ".

Shakti Mat is great for home and travel - simply remove the foam when traveling.

The Shakti Mat can be hand washed in lukewarm water and hung to dry. Do not use a washing machine or dryer as it would damage the points.

The back of the Shakti Mat has been decorated with the beautiful power symbol - Shree Yantra. It is in the yoga tradition considered the most complete geometric shape. It is considered to be 70 times more powerful than the shape of the pyramid. Both halves of the brain are stimulated and a deep state of meditation can be reached.
